Ok people i know alot of you has been facing the following problem:

This problem (from what i know) is caused by Singnet,
and only Singnet users face this problem.

HOWEVER!

I found a way around this problem!
Just follow the following steps and everything will be fine:
Click on the "Tools" tab, and click on the "Internet Options" tab.
Then click on the "Connections" page tab.
Followed by clicking on the "LAN Settings" button.
Search for the "Use a proxy server for your LAN..." checkbox and check it.
Then click on the "Advance" button.
Under the "HTTP ", input "proxy.singnet.com.sg" and "8080" for the "Port".
Then refresh, and presto its done.

**On a side note, this only works for IE and Firefox**
